Because all of our products are handmade, please allow up to 5 weeks for processing on all non-subscription orders. For subscription boxes, payment is processed on the 1st of each month, and boxes ship out the end of that same month or the beginning of the following month once the book for the month releases. Please keep in mind shipping is 5-10 business days depending where you are located. We do NOT send order updates. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships

How Our Subscription Boxes Work

Subscription boxes are billed on the 1st of each month and ship at the end of the month or the beginning of the following mont depending on the book release date. As long as you purchase your subscription before the last day of the month, you will receive that month's box. After you place your order, the next email you'll receive from us is when we're shipping. Your box ships on our monthly schedule when all subscription boxes are prepared together, not immediately after purchase.
