Cancellation Policy – StoryBoundBox

1. 48‑Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel any order—book boxes, subscription boxes, or one‑off products—within 48 hours of placing your order. To cancel within this window, please email us at storyboundbox@gmail.com with your order number and the name/email used for the purchase.

2. When Cancellations Are No Longer Possible

After the initial 48‑hour window, the following cannot be canceled:

• Subscription or book boxes that have entered fulfillment (picked, packed, or labeled)
• Made‑to‑order or handmade items that are in production

3. Ontario Consumer Protection Act Rights

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, subscription agreements are treated as “future performance” contracts. If we fail to deliver your goods by the agreed‑upon date—or, where no date was promised, within 30 days of your order—you have the right to cancel at any time before delivery and receive a full refund .

4. How to Cancel

Email storyboundbox@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order date, including:

• Your order number
• The name and email used for the order

We will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund (less any payment‑processor fees) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your cancellation request.
