No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at storyboundbox@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Box Cancellations:

If you are subscribed to our subscription boxes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next month's box, you must cancel at least 3 business days before the end of the month.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at storyboundbox@gmail.com at least 3 business days before the last day of the month.

Important: Cancellation requests received with less than 3 business days' notice before the month-end cutoff will not be processed in time, and you will be charged for and receive the next month's box.

Paid Orders:

Once a subscription box or any order has been paid for, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final once payment has been processed.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

To cancel your subscription, please email storyboundbox@gmail.com with your cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
