Billing and Timing: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month, and boxes ship near the end of the same month. As long as you place your order within one day of the end of the month, you’ll still receive that month’s box. For example, if you order on August 29, you’ll get the August box, and then your next renewal will be on September 1 for the September box.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 CAD across all of North America. Want to make your box even more special? You can choose to add an apparel item to your order for just an additional $10 or $15.
